I've read the description of cpt 77402 and it says single treatment area, and i think that cpt 77412 might be better since it says 3 or more treatment areas. I have been fighting with humana for a couple months now as they are denying several of our 77427 as bundled although there are no cci edits on the claim 77402 radiation treatment delivery, >1 mev
