After talking to an at&t rep over chat, it sounds like the at&t package is only good for talk and text at sea, but if i want to go to cnn and read an article, or check the weather, i have to use carn. Starting in april 2025, at&t revamped its international land and cruise packages I never used the at&t cruise package before because i was concerned about the data overages That is now gone (although they slow you to a crawl after 500mb)

Is it necessary we purchase one of the cruise plans with at&t I see people mention cheaper ways to stay in touch with others on. Will be on quantum of the seas rccl cruise in may thinking of using the at&t cruise package plan to make wireless calls while on the ship Since this is a short cruise seattle/sitka/ victoria/se.
The att basic cruise package is really easy to go over on your data The cruise plus package is $100, and gives you more data but again you can go over if not careful Second person is $5 a day if needed If ports are back to back it.
Now i know att offers a cruise plan for $60 for the month but i don't know if we need the ships wifi plan in order for this to work
At $60 it is cheaper than the wifi plans I need to text with the kids while gone and maybe check on my ebay business Has anyone used the att cruise plan, are there any issues I will be on the enchanted princess, in the caribbean
