I'm scheduled for verizon to call me back in a short while and try again, but does this possible symptom point you in any direction other than cablecard provisioning Sounds like a hardware issue with the tivo to me If the cable card works at all, then fios provisioned it correctly.
I called verizon and asked if i could switch to the ultimate hd plan but was told any change to the plan would triggered a loss of the cablecard.
