Official employees are from multiple teams within xfinity Was able to add my wife’s and my mother’s but not mine The only way i see to get to my emails through the xfinity app, if there's not an unread email, is through the xfinity assistant

It was so bad that i started to change my primary email address to [edited I was told by an xfinity employee that the comcast.net email is going to go away and i need to find a new email provider Is this a true statement from the employee???
